The private kitchen is located at S. Lázaro,
which is managed by a famous Macanese native chef Antonieta Manhão (Neta) who
provides authentic Macanese dishes with ingredients imported from all over the world by
her family recipes. In addition to the classic Portuguese chicken and
the well-known creamy Ma Jiexiu, the unique "fig agar jelly cake" and
other delicacies are also especially hand-made. To experience this private
kitchen, please do remember to make reservation 3 days in advance. It is also
reminded to call for ordering those special hand-made items.
