Established in Macau for more than 100 years, "Kam In" Alua E Comidas Portuguesa is the first hand-made Macanese food specialty shop which is now managed by the third generation. All the products are handmade in a traditional way without any additives. Alua is a highly recommended product, which has been classified as the intangible cultural heritage in Macau of 2012.
