Point Membership

1.       Membership and bonus points are non-transferable.

2.       Members should double-check their bonus point records and details after any updates. Except for manifest errors, all members data, bonus points and redemption records kept by OLA澳優遊are final and conclusive.

3.       OLA澳優遊reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership without any prior notice if a member uses or access without authority any accounts that belong to another person, or is found to be dishonest providing false information in his/her application for membership, or be dishonest in exercising of member privileges.

4.       Upon deletion of account or termination of membership in any form, any unredeemed bonus points and uncollected rewards in the member’s account will be forfeited without further notice.

 Point Registration

1.       Members can register bonus point if they spend MOP$100 or above via electronic payment at participating merchants (one bonus point for each MOP$1 spent). Any amount less than MOP$1 will not be counted.

2.       Eligible electronic payments are limited to credit cards, various types of eligible and regulated electronic payments in Macau.

3.       Members must register bonus points earned within 14 days of the invoice date stated on the machine-printed receipts. Overdue bonus points will be invalid.

4.       Members may only upload one merchant's machine-printed receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip at a time. Submissions that include multiple receipts or lack either the merchant's receipt or payment slip will not be accepted.

5.       Members must accurately and completely input their spending information, including the mall where the transaction occurred. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will be rejected, and the member will have to resubmit within 14 days of the invoice date stated on the machine-printed receipts.

6.       Only clear images of the merchant’s machine-printed receipts and payment slips will be accepted for registering bonus points. Please ensure the mobile network is stable while uploading images. OLA澳優遊 are not liable for any failed uploads resulting from an unstable mobile network.

7.       OLA澳優遊 shall have the right to withhold any point registration from members who have submitted faulty receipts, including but not limited to an unclear photo uploaded, a duplicated receipt number, and transaction paid with cash. In the event of any dispute, OLA澳優遊 reserve the right to make the final decision.

8.       All uploaded receipts and payment slips will be used for point registration, verification and internal audit only, and the aforesaid uploaded information will be retained for three (3) months.

9.       All valid receipts and electronic payment slips must be machine-printed and clearly show the name of the merchant, shop address, invoice number, transaction number, transaction date, amount of the transaction, and product name.

10.   Points registration will be based on the net amount indicated on the merchant’s machine-printed receipts or corresponding electronic payment slips. Discounts, cash coupons, promotion coupons or promotional codes used to deduct amounts will not be eligible for point registration.

11.   Each machine-printed receipt and corresponding payment slip can only be used for point registration once.

12.   For the benefit of members and patrons, staff shall have the right to request the original merchant’s machine-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips from members for internal verification, and to record these by photographing, photo-copying and recording any relevant details. If members refuse to present the original receipts, staff shall have the right to reject their point registration request. In case of disputes, OLA澳優遊  shall have the right of the final decision.

13.   Bonus points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They cannot be sold, bought, transferred, or moved to other accounts.
OLA澳優遊shall have the right to terminate the membership of any member immediately if they are found to use counterfeit receipts, receipts stolen from another person, or operate member account in any dishonest manner (including but not limited to dishonestly applying for member account, registering points or redeeming rewards, etc.).The member’s bonus points will be forfeited immediately and no reward redemption will be allowed. The member in question shall return all redeemed rewards upon OLA澳優遊’s request and compensate us any damage and losses suffered by OLA澳優遊and OLA澳優遊shall have the right to seek all remedies available at law. The individual in question shall have no right to object to such an arrangement.

14.   OLA澳優遊 reserve the right to cancel or deduct bonus points that have been mistakenly granted to without prior notice. If the member has used the erroneously granted bonus points, OLA澳優遊 shall have the right to claim for compensation for any losses incurred and seek all available remedies at law. The individual concerned shall have no right to object to this arrangement.

15.   OLA澳優遊 shall not be held liable for any delay, loss, error, or corruption of information transfer caused by network issues, system malfunctions, poor phone reception, or blocking by third-party applications.

16.   If members violate any of these terms and conditions, including registering bonus points with receipts or the mobile phone of another person or in any dishonest way or being shop staff to register bonus points with transactions made by other customers or on behalf of other customers, or if OLA澳優遊 have reasonable grounds to believe that these terms and conditions have been so breached, OLA澳優遊 shall have the right to suspend or terminate that membership, claim against the member for compensation of any losses suffered by OLA澳優遊 or participating merchants arising from this breach and reserve the right to seek all remedies available at law. OLA澳優遊 will not accept any suspended or terminated memberships’ registered mobile numbers to register with OLA澳優遊 membership again.

17.   In case of disputes in relation to the above, OLA澳優遊 shall have the right of final decision.
